About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to execute and optimize demand generation campaigns across multiple paid channels. This is a tactical role focused on running campaigns, managing assets and timelines, and supporting campaign performance analysis.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to bring strategies to life—executing paid media programs across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Reddit. The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and comfortable coordinating across teams and vendors to keep campaigns moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, and other channels, following established strategy and guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (content, design, product marketing, sales) to deliver assets, coordinate timing, and launch campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure everything is running smoothly (tracking links, targeting, budgets, etc.)
  • Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance and surface insights or optimizations
  • Stay on top of campaign deadlines and work proactively to resolve blockers or inconsistencies
  • Help maintain best practices and documentation for campaign operations

The salary range for this role is 80-90K$ OTE - Range may vary based on experience

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with paid platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and/or Reddit Ads
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance data and tracking KPIs
  • Proactive and accountable, with the ability to lead without authority and keep projects moving across cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Sheets/Excel

Nice to Have

  • Experience in companies offering services to generative AI 
  • Familiarity with SEO and organic growth principles
