Our product team is always working on new features and enhancements to improve the ActiveOS experience. Recently, we’ve added some powerful updates to make moderation more efficient and provide greater transparency, including a new audit log, automation tools, and more.
Let’s take a closer look.
ActiveOS admins now have enhanced visibility into user configuration changes with a new audit log. The log tracks important actions, like who edited workflows, added roles, or invited new members.
Each entry shows the details of the change, who made it, and when it happened. The search and filter functions make it easy to find specific actions, simplifying the process of monitoring account activity.
Save time by duplicating and editing similar workflows instead of starting from scratch! Just click the three dots next to an existing workflow, select “Duplicate Workflow,” from the pop-up menu, then make any needed changes.
At ActiveFence, we’re committed to responsible AI, continually refining our models to stay ahead of emerging threats. We’ve improved the precision of our underage detection model (18 and under) to over 90% and improved the performance of our sexual solicitation model. These upgrades help us identify and prevent harmful content more effectively.
Custom fields provide flexibility when structuring your data, allowing you to capture information unique to your organization and organize it to suit your needs. When creating dropdown custom fields, you can now choose between single-choice or multi-choice options. Single-choice ensures only one value can be selected, helping to avoid errors and keep your data integrity—especially useful when updating fields or sending values via API.
We’ve improved the ActiveOS case management UI to display both images and text within chat conversations. Now, messages and their images appear together in the same thread, along with risk scores, making it easier for moderators to review context and make decisions without switching views.
Navigating images in Table Mode is now quicker! We’ve added a thumbnail image column, so you can see images alongside text at a glance. Just hover over a thumbnail for a quick preview—no need to open each item individually. This update cuts down on clicks and helps you stay on top of SLAs.
We’re always working to make ActiveOS more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly for Trust and Safety teams. Want to see these features in action? Get in touch for a demo, and stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and bring you even more powerful Trust and Safety tools!
Thanks,
The ActiveFence Team
